Grow with creators, without an upfront budget
- Promotion without an upfront budget. Creators get stakes instead of a fee. Your subscription only starts when the first creator joins.
- You only pay when you grow. Creators only get the value added since the start, on a sale or buyback. No growth, no payout.
- Only real sales count. You choose per plan: 1 stake per € 20, € 15 or € 10 in sales with a code. So every euro you pay out later has already earned revenue.
- Creators who keep selling. Whoever grows with your brand keeps promoting it. Not one post, but a lasting relationship.
- You keep your shares and control. A Creator Stake is an agreement about money, not a share. Creators get no voting rights.
- One fixed, transparent formula. The value is the higher of 1.5× revenue or 8× profit. No negotiations per creator.
For creators
A fair share of the growth you create
- You never pay anything. Joining is free. You can't lose money.
- Every sale counts. 1 stake per € 20, € 15 or € 10 sold with your code (the brand chooses), starting value € 1.
- You grow along. You get the value the brand adds since you started. If the brand becomes worth 5× as much, you get € 4 per stake.
- Paid in cash. Within 5 years the brand buys back your stakes at their value at that moment, or earlier on a sale.
