What is a Creator Stake?
A kind of option on the brand's growth, set out in a contract. For every € 20, € 15 or € 10 you sell with your code (the brand chooses) you get 1 stake, worth € 1 at the start.
You get the value the brand adds from the start of your partnership, in cash: within 5 years at the latest the brand buys back your stakes at their value at that moment, or earlier when the brand is sold. No growth means no payout, but you never lose money either.
That's why it isn't a share: you only get the added value, you buy nothing, have no voting rights and have nothing to manage.
Boost€ 15This plan: 1 Creator Stake per € 15 sold with your code.
You earn along with the value the brand adds from the day your partnership starts. That's why it isn't a share but a kind of option on the growth: no growth means € 0, but you can never lose money. Up to 250 stakes in this plan. Stakes count from € 250 in sales.

FAQ5 short answers
Do I have to pay anything?
No. Joining is free and you don't buy anything. You earn stakes with your promotion.
When do I get paid?
Within 5 years at the latest, the brand buys back your stakes at their value at that moment. It can happen earlier, for example when the brand is sold. You then get the growth per stake since your partnership started.
What if the brand doesn't grow?
Then a stake pays nothing. You don't lose anything either, because you didn't pay.
What counts as a sale?
Net revenue with your code (your personal link applies that code automatically), after the return period. Stakes count from € 250, then retroactively.
Is a stake a share?
No. It's a kind of option on the growth: you only get the value the brand adds from the start of your partnership. Set out in a contract. No voting rights, nothing to manage.
